ESG Organizational Framework
To effectively promote and monitor the implementation of ESG investment strategies, Southern Asset Management has established an ESG management framework consisting of the "ESG Leadership Team + ESG Working Group".
ESG Rating System

Southern Asset Management has independently developed an ESG rating system and database with Chinese characteristics that is aligned with international standards. We have formed a three-dimensional ESG rating system mainly based on quantitative ratings and supplemented by analyst ratings and external ratings. This achieves in-depth integration of ESG with Chinese investment logic.

As of the end of 2023, Southern Asset Management's ESG rating system has covered 4,907 A-share listed companies and 6,966 bond issuers.
